Orientation Committee
The Orientation Committee is composed of one active representative per Network member institution, designated according to the particular arrangements of each member institution. Each active representative on the committee has one vote.
The Orientation Committee is headed by a president, elected for one year. The Presidency will rotate among the various countries in the Network. The Presidency will be assisted by as many Vice-Presidents as countries represented, except for the country assuming the Presidency. He will be succeeded by the first vice-president. The Orientation Committee defines the strategic aspects of the ATN and, by means of its resolutions, decides upon the main actions to be carried out by the Network. It approves the ATN annual financial reports presented by the Lead Partner. It validates the proposals made by the working groups.
Executive Bureau

The Executive Bureau is designated by the Orientation Committee for one year. The Executive Bureau ensures the Management of the Atlantic Transnational Network. It ensures that the Orientation Committee resolutions are performed correctly and that the link with the lead partner and the working groups is established.
For this third mandate, the Bureau is composed as follows:

- 1st Vice-president - João Paulo DUARTE - ISQ (Instituto de Soldadura et Qualidade) Vice-president - Michel DELAGRANDANNE - CES of Limousin (France)
- Vice-president - CES Canary Island (Spain)
- ATN Lead partner Interreg IIIB - Jean-François GARGOU ARESE – Arc atlantique
